This is a good tasting, low sodium chicken broth.Very good product. Kidney disease is on the increase, mainly because of the high quantities of sodium. This product contains none.i have a liver problem, this has no sodium but very little taste, its better for youDue to health issues I am on a very strict no salt diet and this product is invauable to me. I use it in many recipes that I could not do without it. It's always easy for me to get from Amazon where it is not always available in the grocery store!I've bought this product for years...great in chicken recipes..good valueGreat product use quit often for cooking. Enjoy the flavor and easy to use.in my mouth there is no substitute for salt, but this is a good product that does not have an "off" taste. I retain water if I take in too much sodium so I try to limit how much I eat. This does not taste exactly like the "Not" Sodium Free product, but it doesn't have any unpleasant characteristics.
