Just what I needI make Amish Honey Bread every few days since Pandemic started, as bread is difficult to find lately. We're in a town w/ one store & we're 8 hrs from a large town/city & icy roads w/ temps of -20. Bread making has become necessary. I sell my breads, rolls, etc. over FB.This brand of yeast has become impossible to purchase or the price has tripled. I was thrilled to receive the items. The items I received are from Quebec, but that's fine. Whether from Quebec, UK, France, US, it works the same. I'm more then happy w/ the product.AMAZON is our lifeline here in the Rocky Mountain area of Wyoming w/ only one road E to W & the other N to S.I purchased this 3-Pack and dutifully checked the expiration dates....all three jars were about 6 months out, so I felt good about that. I make a lot of homemade bread with a bread machine. However, after trying to make four loaves of bread with the first jar I go zero results, so I tossed the rest of the yeast in that bottle. The second bottle was 100% successful, so I must have had a bad batch on the first one....oh well. Of course, one must be concerned about the 3rd bottle when ready.....odds are 50-50% for the price.I've had no problems with this brand. The yeast always performed excellently in bread making.on time and what i orderedProduct is normally good but unfortunately I was sent old product. Yeast has a life expectancy. Amazon sent me old product, right at experation date.Gave this as a gift and they loved it for their bread machine.I received all 3 however one was open and seal was broken. I would like to request a refund or have another jar sent but there's no where to request it.
