I purchased 110 plastic lids for resurfacing gallon pickle jars from work. Those lids did not work. After a little research I realized there are two different types of lids and what I needed was called a lug lid. I found these in the same 110 size and they work the same as the original pickle jar lid.I keep and reuse pickle and other sauce jars. The original lids don’t look great but these are great replacements and lets me match everything.I am using large pickle jars for storing dry goods in my pantry and needed lids to keep any curious bugs out. These lids fit perfectly! Love them!Perfect! Sealed 100% well. Helped me to use all of jars for canning. I do both way: with hot water bath canning and without hot water bath. It works both ways. So happy I found them.This is the third time I got these. Work consistently well.I like the color and they fit the jars I didn't have lids for. Good quality.For those of you who have glass bottles with worn-out, funky rusty caps - these are your answer.Co-ops here in Minneapolis sell Organic Apple Cider in gallon glass-bottles for $9.99. Quite a deal when the bottles alone run about $12 to $15. We use these as water jugs as there are plastic allergies in the family. These 38MM (1.5 inch) lug caps are well made, easy to tighten and loosen. The will fit on any sized bottle with a 38mm lug cap. A bit pricey at .66 each- but they will last for years.The order came sooner than expected in a professional package.Thanks!I use Snapple bottles for water refills rather than use disposable plastic , unfortunately the liners in the caps begin to get scuzzy after a while and there was no easy way to clean them. Found this company online, determined which size lid would fit, and these caps are perfect replacements. Shipping was fast too.The lids were packaged well. compared to other things purchased from Amazon, these were packaged with care. They are exactly as described, and I am very happy with them. Now I can finally use all the gallon jars I have been collecting for years!My lids, I was fortunate, showed up in perfect shape. Sorry to read about the person that received the scratched up black lids with white dots as a logo or something painted on them. My lids came with no scratches, and they were plain Jet Black. :). Guess that person just got a bad batch perhaps? Got mine summer 2021.Great product and works well w big pickle jars. Replaced rusty and missing lids and peace of mind knowing my foodstuff is sealed well. I just wish these lids weren’t so expensive.Works as I expectedGood product.
